Hey there, I'm Tracey

And I believe it’s possible to live a life that’s fulfilling (not filled with stress!). But that hasn’t always been the case.

For years I pushed myself hard in a desperate attempt to gain the approval of others and to feel good enough. Fitting in and being normal, just like EVERYONE else, was what you needed to do, right?

I constantly felt stretched and stressed but kept pushing on hoping things would get better (and soon) because I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.

But things didn’t get better, in fact, they got worse. In my mid-20’s I was hit by a significant health scare where a doctor said I might die before they worked out what was wrong. Eek! That jolted me into looking at the way I was living with fresh eyes quick-smart!

And here’s what I realised … I didn’t have a vision for MY life. I’d been so busy being and doing what I thought I “should” that I’d not figured out who I was and what I wanted for my life.

It’s been quite a journey to align how I live with my truth but by crikey it was worth it! And it turned out to be a life-changer (possibly even life-saving).

Because of that health scare, I FINALLY figured it out … I was enough and no approval was necessary (well, only my own). And that was good news because trying to be and do what I thought was expected of me hadn’t been working out well!

Drawing on my experiences in life, a background in planning, and expertise in mindset coaching, I’ll help you connect with your own truth and develop the clarity and confidence needed to live well.

It is possible to live well - to live a life that feels fulfilling!
